Add only information you can confirm: medications, doses and schedules, allergies, conditions, contacts, providers, pharmacy, insurance, and notes. Review the readiness checklist after any change.

Multiple profiles

Use separate profiles for people you help. Confirm that you are authorized to manage the information and avoid mixing records between profiles.

PDF handoff packets

Create an export only when needed. Review the PDF before sharing and choose a destination appropriate for sensitive medical information.

Purchases and safety

Apple manages subscriptions and restores. MedCard Wallet is a recordkeeping tool, not a medical device or source of diagnosis, interaction checking, or treatment advice.
