No. MedCard Wallet is a complementary organizer and shareable-card workflow. Keep Apple Medical ID configured for supported emergency access and use MedCard for the organized records and handoffs that fit your needs.
Does the app check drug interactions?
No. It records the medication information you enter. It does not identify pills, check interactions, recommend doses, or make treatment decisions.
Can I organize information for a family member?
Yes. Multiple profiles support family and caregiver use. Only enter information you are authorized to manage, and review it with the person and their clinicians.
Is my medical information uploaded?
No account or backend is required. Records stay on your iPhone unless you intentionally create and share an export.
